Prevailing Wage

Bid Preparation & Submission
We prepare an itemized bid per the project's bid schedule, obtain required bonding (bid bond, performance bond, payment bond), and submit a sealed bid by the published deadline.

Award & Contract Execution
Upon award, we execute the contract, furnish required insurance certificates, DIR registration confirmation, and all prequalification documentation required by the agency before Notice to Proceed.

Execution & Closeout
QGP mobilizes with owned equipment and experienced crews. We submit certified payroll records per project schedule, communicate daily with the agency inspector, and target first-pass inspection acceptance.
